As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have the opportunity to help people reduce distressing symptoms of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. I use various effective therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Positive Psychology, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and Behavior Modification to bring about change for client's and allow them to live a happier, more satisfying life.

With coaching comes someone your offers skills, a different perspective, accountability, and partnership to hold your goals important and help you pursue and achieve the very thing that help you to life your best life now. 

Hypnotherapy may not be what you think it is. If you've seen hypnotherapy used for entertainment, you may have concern that after a session you may bark like a dog or cluck like a chicken uncontrollably. You may think that you have no memory or control when you're in a hypnotic state. Let me assure you, this is not the case. Have you ever cried watching a movie or jumped when the villain comes on the screen? Then you have been in a hypnotic state. Under hypnosis, you are fully aware of your surroundings, in full control of yourself, you just agree to have your conscious mind "turn off" and allow your subconscious mind to accept what you're experiencing. This skill can be very helpful to get you "unstuck," to help you release from memories that hold you down, or eliminate behaviors that you no longer want in your life.

Individual Sessions: 

  • 50 minute sessions, face-to-face, online or by phone. $80 USD

Monthly Packages:

  • 4 25 minute sessions, one per week* for 4 weeks, face-to-face, online or by phone, and e-communication throughout the 4 weeks. $160 USD per 4 weeks ($40 per week)

  • 4 50 minute sessions, one per week* for 4 weeks, face-to-face, online or by phone, and e-communication throughout the 4 weeks. $280 USD per 4 weeks ($70 per week)

Three Month Packages:

Contract for 3 months (12 weeks), either of the above monthly packages and receive a discount

  • 12 25 minute sessions, with e-communication throughout the 12 weeks for $420 USD ($35 per week)

  • 12 50 minute session, with e-communication throughout the 12 weeks for $780 USD ($65 per week)

Sliding fee due to financial hardship maybe available to a limited number of clients.

*Client is responsible for attending set number of sessions within package time frame. No extended time is given due to non-emergency cancellations or unscheduled sessions.
